Dutyfreeonboard.com  offers a 100% refund provided the products are unused. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product(s) purchased within the last 30 days, simply return the unused item with a detailed explanation of the reason(s) for your return to the address below.

Our refund is for cost of the merchandise returned plus standard, domestic return shipping charges incurred while returning said items. Initial shipping charges are not reimbursed. Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeated patterns indicative of abuse. Exchanges are not available online.

How To Quickly & Easily Process Returns:

Step 1. Complete the return product form

Step 2. You will receive a shipping return label within 1 business day

Step 3. Print the emailed return label as per instructions 

Cut the label in half at the point indicated by the scissors or dotted lines. Fill out the bottom half and include it in the package with the item(s) being returned. Affix the top half of the label to the package. Mail your return package to the following address:

Credit card orders will be refunded by the card used for your most recent purchase of each specific item.
