Duty Free Onboard standard shipping ensures that most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-7 business days after we receive your order.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Duty Free Onboard guarantees that every travel retail item is in good condition at the time of purchase.  If you are not satisfied, please return the Duty Free item (s) to us by registered mail in its original condition and packaging accompanied by proof of purchase, and reason for return within 30 days of receipt.  You are responsible for shipping and handling costs.  The purchase price will be refunded to the credit card used to make the purchase. Purchases of Duty Free items using any form of vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Duty Free Onboard cannot process any returns or refund requests which do not comply with the above conditions. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.  Duty Free liquids, gels and food products may not be returned if they have been opened.

How do I arrange a return or refund of my Duty Free purchase?

Please contact Duty Free Onboard customer service to arrange for return or refund of travel retail by sending an e-mail to customerservice@dutyfreeonboard.com or by calling (800) 668-6182 or (305) 887-9695.

How do I change my order prior to shipping, which may involve a refund or additional costs?

Once you have placed a Duty Free order and received an e-mail confirmation, it cannot be changed.  You may either:

Place a new Duty Free order for additional products or

Cancel your Duty Free order, and place a new order for desired travel retail products

Do I need a receipt from my Duty Free purchase? 
Your receipt or order number helps us locate your Duty Free purchase. If you don't have a receipt, we should still be able to find the purchase. However, we may ask you for more information in order to better assist with your request.

 

Are there Duty Free restocking fees? 
No.
